摘要
以Y大学研究生及其导师为调查对象,基于对当前研究生与导师关系的问卷调查和访谈,分别分析师生间的互相评价与满意度、师生间的交流状况、学生参与导师课题状况、师生关系的影响因素及其影响程度。统计结果表明,理想的研究生与导师关系需从研究生师生关系的外部环境和研究生自身、导师方面共同构建,唯有如此,理想和谐的研究生与导师关系才能成为现实。
A questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted among the post-graduate students and their supervisors in Y University as regards teacher-student relationship. The data collected include the mutual evaluation and satisfaction between the post-graduate students and their supervisors, status quo of their interactions, students' participation in the academic programs of their supervisors and others. Statistical analysis shows that ideal relationship between post-graduate students and their supervisors can only be constructed with the combined efforts of both parties as well as some external factors.
