顺式氯氰菊酯和甲嘧·高氯氟混配防治家蝇的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的将100 g/L顺式氯氰菊酯悬浮剂和8.5%甲嘧·高氯氟卫生杀虫泡腾片按不同比例混配后研究对家蝇的防治效果,为提高单剂对家蝇杀灭效果提供实验依据。方法采用药纸接触法测定比较顺式氯氰菊酯与甲嘧·高氯氟及其不同比例混配剂对家蝇的毒力;采用共毒系数法确定混配剂的联合作用;采用药纸接触法测定家蝇抗性倍数;按照农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验方法,测定比较混配剂不同比例对家蝇的表面触杀和空间喷雾杀灭效果。结果混配剂对家蝇的击倒效果较单剂有明显提高。混配剂中顺式氯氰菊酯和甲嘧·高氯氟浓度比为1∶10和1∶15时,共毒系数分别为317.92和297.70。混配剂对抗性家蝇进行表面触杀时宜使用的有效成分浓度为顺式氯氰菊酯0.33 g/L、甲嘧·高氯氟5.0 g/L,空间喷雾时宜使用的有效成分浓度为顺式氯氰菊酯1.0 g/L、甲嘧·高氯氟15.0 g/L。结论顺式氯氰菊酯和甲嘧·高氯氟不同比例混配剂对家蝇有明显增效作用。混配剂对抗性家蝇有良好的击倒和致死作用,能够提高防治效果。 Objective To study the control effect of the mixture of 100 g / L alpha-cypermethrin suspending agent and8. 5% pirimiphos-methyl· lambda-cyhalothrin effervescent tablet against houseflies in different proportions,providing experimental basis for the use of insecticide mixture. Methods Pesticide paper contact method was used to determinate and compare the toxicity of the mixture of alpha-cypermethrin and pirimiphos-methyl · lambdacyhalothrin in different proportions. Co-toxicity coefficient( CTC) was employed to evaluate the combined effect of the mixture. Pesticide paper contact method was used to determinate resistance of housefly. The killing effect of the mixture was determined according to laboratory efficacy test methods of public health insecticides for pesticide registration. Results The knockdown effect of the mixture was significantly improved compared with single agent of housefly. When the concentration ratio of alpha-cypermethrin and pirimiphos-methyl· lambda-cyhalothrin were 1∶ 15 and 1∶ 10,the CTCs were 317. 92 and 297. 70 respectively. The suitable concentrations of alpha-cypermethrin and pirimiphos-methyl· lambda- cyhalothrin were 0. 33 and 5. 0 g / L in the misture for killing resistant houseflies with the contact method,and 1. 0,15. 0 g / L for space spray. Conclusion The mixture of alpha-cypermethrin and pirimiphos-methyl· lambda-cyhalothrin displayed obvious synergistic effect against housefly. The mixture held good knock down and killing effect on resistant flies.
