摘要
目的测定上海市宝山区三带喙库蚊幼虫对常用杀虫剂的抗性,为防治工作提供参考。方法在三带喙库蚊的季节高峰期,大量采集养猪场吸血三带喙库蚊成蚊,在实验室饲养子一代为试虫。采用WHO推荐的浸渍法,测定4种杀虫剂对宝山区三带喙库蚊的半数致死浓度,以判定抗性等级。结果宝山区三带喙库蚊幼虫对倍硫磷、双硫磷、氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯的LC_(50)分别为0.227 832、0.021 636、0.158 810和0.027 622 mg/L;对倍硫磷产生低抗,对双硫磷产生中抗,对氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯均产生高抗,对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数甚至超过了50倍。结论化学杀虫剂的长期滥用促使蚊虫产生抗性,在蚊虫防治工作中应注重综合防治并科学合理选用灭蚊药物。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae to the commonly used insecticides in Baoshan District of Shanghai. Methods The WHO standard bioassay( dipping test) was employed.Results The LC_(50) s of fenthion,temephos,permethrin and deltamethrin to Culex tritaeniorhynchus were 0. 227 832,0. 021 636,0. 158 810 and 0. 027 622 mg / L respectively. Culex tritaeniorhynchus developed low resistance to fenthion,moderate resistance to temephos,high resistance to permethrin and deltamethrin. Conclusion Integrated managements should be conducted in mosquito control.
