摘要
目的了解许昌市家蝇抗药性现状,为科学合理地使用杀虫剂灭蝇提供科学依据。方法微量点滴法。结果 2014年许昌市家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯的LD_(50)分别为0.40、0.29、0.22、0.25μg/♀,相对抗性倍数分别为4.69、3.16、7.14、43.1。许昌市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗药性,对氯菊酯高抗,对其余3种药剂为低抗水平。结论科学合理地使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the resistance of Musca domestica to commonly used insecticides in Xuchang City. Methods Topical application method. Results The LD_(50) s of DDVP,beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and permethrin were 0. 40,0. 29,0. 22,0. 25 μg / ♀ respectively. Musca domestica in Xuchang developed 4. 69,3. 16,7. 14 and 43. 1 folds resistance respectively to the four insecticides. Conclusion Insecticides should be used scientifically and reasonably.
