氯虫苯甲酰胺对散白蚁的毒性传递性研究

Study on the toxicity transfer of chlorantraniliprole powder in Reticulitermes speratus colonies

目的系统研究氯虫苯甲酰胺对散白蚁的毒性传递性。方法参照NY/T 11532-2006《农药对白蚁的毒力传递》中的测定方法,测定氯虫苯甲酰胺对散白蚁的接触和胃毒毒性传递级数。结果 1%、3%、5%、10%、20%氯虫苯甲酰胺粉剂的接触毒性有效传递级数分别为2、2、3、3、3;1%、3%、5%、10%氯虫苯甲酰胺的胃毒毒性有效传递级数分别为1、1、2、2。结论氯虫苯甲酰胺对散白蚁具有一定的毒性传递性,接触毒性的传递性优于胃毒,在室内试验条件下,10%是最佳浓度。

Objective To study the toxicity transfer of chlorantraniliprole in Reticulitermes speratus colonies.Methods The contact and stomach toxicity transfer grade of chlorantraniliprole in Reticulitermes speratus colonies were tested according to NY / T 11532- 2006 ＂Pesticide toxicity transmission in termites ＂. Results Under the mandatory conditions,the contact toxicity transfer grades of 1%,3%,5%,10%,and 20% chlorantraniliprole powder were 2,2,3,3 and 3 respectively. The stomach toxicity transfer grades of 1%,3%,5%,10% chlorantraniliprole were1,1,2and 2 respectively. Conclusion The toxicity of chlorantraniliprole could be transferred in termites,and contact toxicity was more capable in toxicity transfer. Under laboratory conditions,10% was supposed to be the best concentration.
