摘要
江苏省于2015年正式启动科技报告工作,并将用5年的时间建成全省统一的科技报告呈交、收藏、管理、共享体系,形成科学、规范、高效的科技报告管理模式和运行机制。本文论述了江苏省科技报告工作的现状和经验,分析了实践中存在的问题,并针对问题提出措施建议。
Jiangsu formally started scientific and technical report system construction in 2015.It is to build the province unified collection, management and sharing of scientific and technical report system by 5 years, and to form a scientific, standardized and highly efficient management mode and operation mechanism. This paper discusses the present situation and experience of the work of Jiangsu scientific and technical report system construction, analyzes the problems in practice, then puts forward relevant suggestions.
