多发性硬化影像学检查 被引量:1

摘要 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是中枢神经系统最常见的脱髓鞘疾病,也是中青年人群中非外伤性致残的最常见原因。通过影像学检查全面评价病变,对提高疾病的早期诊断率,了解疾病进程、为临床预后判断及精细化治疗提供更加准确的信息,具有极其重要的临床和社会意义。我们着重就磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)在MS中的应用进展进行综述。
