船舶压载水自动控制及监控报警系统开发研究 被引量:2

摘要 国际海事组织(IMO)通过的《国际船舶压载水和沉积物控制与管理公约》要求,2017年所有远洋船舶必须安装压载水处理设备。根据压载水管理系统G8导则的规定,设计一套基于Lab VIEW和PLC的船舶压载水自动控制系统对压载水进行管理。其监控报警系统对压载水操作期间进行全面监控,自动记录主要设备的工作参数、工作地点、报警、操作等数据和信息,实现对系统的自动控制、在线监控及远程操作。系统通过绝缘电阻、能源波动、能源故障、振动、交变湿热、高低温与耐电压、浪涌抗扰度、静电放电抗扰度及传导与辐射量测试,满足相关公约、规范以及国家标准和IEC标准规划。 As required by 〈international convention for the control and management of ships ballast water and sediments〉 which is approved by IMO, all the ocean vessels should be equipped with ballast water treatment plants in 2017. According to G8 guide lines of ballast water management systems, a set of ship ballast water automatic control system based on LabVIEW and PLC is designed. It can monitor the Ballast water alarm monitoring systems and the process of Ballast water operations, and autographic record the data and information of the main devices such as working parameters, location, alarming, operations and so on. it realizes the function of automatic control, on-line monitoring and remote operation. The system meets the requirements of conventions and regulations, national standard and IEC standard by the following tests: insulation resistance, energy fluctuations, energy failure, vibration, alternate wet and heat, high-low temperature, breakdown voltage, surge immunity, esd immunity, conduction and radiation quantity.
