摘要
miRNA是在真核生物中发现的一类内源性的具有调控功能的非编码RNA,其长约20~25个核苷酸。研究表明一些miRNA在血管新生反应表现为高度表达或特异表达。miRNA参与调控心血管疾病、肿瘤、神经系统疾病、免疫系统疾病中血管新生相关细胞、细胞因子的表达,本文主要对近几年miRNA在血管新生系统中相关细胞因子的作用加以概述。
miRNAs found in eukaryotes,are non coding RNA,which have regulation function,and the size of about 20-25 nucleotides.Recently studies showed that some miRNA were highly or specifically expressed in the blood vessel.miRNAs are involved in angiogenesis and cytokine expression in cardiovascular disease,tumor,diseases of the nervous system and immune system diseases.This article reviews the role of miRNA on angiogenesis related cytokines.
