摘要
先进超超临界汽轮机转子用617合金变形抗力大且无法通过锻后热处理达到细化晶粒,因此要生产满足产品性能要求的锻件就需要合理的锻造工艺参数。通过对617合金的锻造工艺性能、动态再结晶以及晶粒长大趋势等进行试验研究,确定了617合金锻造的始锻温度为1180-1200℃、终锻温度为950-1000℃。根据所确定的工艺方案成功地进行了617合金电渣重熔铸锭的水压机锻造试制,试制锻件表面无裂纹、内部组织均匀,各项力学性能检测结果均符合产品技术要求,验证了617合金锻造工艺参数的有效性。
A- USC steam turbine rotor made of alloy 617 is produced,and its forging grain size cannot be refined by heat treatment because of the large distortion resistance. Therefore,reasonable forging process parameters must be obtained in order to meet the inherence quality requirement of the forgings. The initial forging temperature 1180- 1200 ℃ and the final forging temperature 950- 1000 ℃ of alloy617 were confirmed by experimental study of forging performance,dynamic recrystallization and grain growth behavior for alloy 617. Based on the above process,the ESR ingot of alloy 617 was successfully forged by hydraulic press without crack on the surface and with a uniform internal structure. Its forging mechanics capability can fully meet the requirement,and the effectiveness of forging parameters is verified.
