Design of multi-position progressive die for the wiring patch in plastic forming

摘要 针对接线片弯曲件易出现的弯裂、回弹、偏移的缺陷,为了找出产生质量问题的主要原因,对精密多工位级进模具制定合理的冲压工艺和确定合理的模具结构方面做了深入的研究,提出了相应改进措施:对弯曲件的每个弯曲变形部位采用二次或三次弯曲工艺用以防止弯裂;采用预先对模具工作部分做相应的形状和尺寸修正等办法控制回弹;使用带弹压装置的导板进行压料防止偏移。分析结果表明,通过采用对应的方法和措施,保证了接线片的成形精度,延长了精密多工位级进模具的模具寿命。 For the defects of the bending crack,springback,deviation in the wiring patch bent part,the main reason causing the quality issue was found. A reasonable stamping process and die structure of multi station progressive die were studied thoroughly,and the corresponding measures were proposed. Therefore,two or three bending processes were used to prevent from bending crack,and the methods of pre-modifying the shapes and sizes of die working portion were used in order to control springback. Furthermore,the workpiece was pressed by guide board with a suppressing device pressed the work piece to avoid deviation. The results show that the forming accuracy of the wiring patch is ensured by the corresponding methods and measures,and the service life of the precision multi station progressive die is prolonged.
