摘要
高温合金是航空发动机热端零部件制造最常用的材料,但目前未见对其棒材性能指标及批次质量稳定性研究的相关报道。本文从中航重机股份有限公司的金属材料特性数据库中选取GH4169合金棒材的理化数据进行对比分析,理化数据涉及国内外6家高温合金生产企业。对比分析了121炉次的GH4169棒材成分、晶粒度、室温和高温力学性能。结果表明,在GH4169高温合金元素的控制上国内外水平相当,甚至有些元素国内控制范围比国外更加严格,但主要强化元素Nb含量炉次间不稳定,Co元素含量相比国外较低,相差一个数量级;晶粒度及力学性能不如国外生产企业稳定。
Superalloy is the most commonly used material for the manufacture of hot-section component in advanced aero-engine. But at present,there is few research reports about the performance index and the quality stability of the bar. The physicochemical properties data,relating six superalloy manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad,of alloy GH4169 bars were collected from AVIC Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd. database,and their composition,grain size,room and high temperature mechanical properties were studied and compared with 121 times heating alloy GH4169 bars. The results show that the elements control in China is equivalent to the same level as that in foreign,even the control of some elements is stricter than the foreign one. However,the control of the main strengthening element Nb is instable at different heats in China,and the cobalt content of alloy GH4169 bars is lower than one order of magnitude deviated from that in foreign. In addition,both the grain size and mechanical properties of the alloys are also instable.
