摘要
根据S7-1500 PLC在某矿副井提升机上的成功应用,对其在提升机电控硬件设计、PLC硬件组态、PROFINET通信、数据交换、以太网通信等方面进行了说明,并着重介绍了PLC之间数据交换程序的优化与设计实现,展望了S7-1500 PLC应用的优势和前景。
In view of the successful application of PLC S7-1500 to the hoist in a vice shaft of mine, the paper introduced the hardware design of the electric control system, hardware configuration of PLC, PROFINET communication, data exchange and Ethernet communication etc. It also stressed the optimization and design of data exchange program between PLCs, and looked forward to the advantages and prospects of the application of PLC S7-1500.
