摘要
为了解决LVB3061型直线振动筛出料端横向位移较大的问题,采用软件分析和试验测试相结合的方法对筛机进行了分析。分析结果表明,工作频率在13.03-14.07 Hz区间内时,筛机出料端横向位移超出行业标准规定的许用数值。通过更换传统系统带轮,将工作频率更改为14.73 Hz,出料端的最大横向位移仅为0.30 mm,筛机横向位移数值达到了行业标准的要求。
In order to reduce the large lateral displacement of linear vibrating screen LVB3061 at the discharge port, software analysis was combined with test to analyze the screen. The analysis results showed the lateral displacement of the screen at the discharge port exceeded the allowable value specified by the industrial standard while the working frequency ranged from 13.03 to 14.07 Hz. After replacing the belt pulley in the traditional system, the working frequency altered to 14.73 Hz, the maximum lateral displacement at the discharge port was only 0.30 mm. Thus the lateral displacement of the screen met the requirement of the industry standard.
