摘要
由于预热器本体结构的多样化,为了研究分析各种结构形式的优劣,利用ANSYS FLUENT软件模拟计算预热器内部流场,在确定回转窑长度和转速的情况下,物料在预热器内部均匀预热可提高煅烧质量。均匀的热气流动速度是物料均匀预热的必要条件。由模拟结果可知,由于流体附壁的作用,全隔墙和半隔墙造成热气流速不均匀,仅分料拱结构中热气的速度均匀性最好。
Since the diversification of the preheater in its structure, in order to research the advantage and disadvantage of each structure, the paper applied ANSYS FLUENT software to simulate and calculate the inner flow field of the preheater. In the case of given length and velocity of the rotary kiln, uniform preheating of the material in the preheater improved the calcination quality. Uniform flow velocity of heat gas was the necessary condition to reach uniform preheating. The simulation results showed partition wall and half partition wall caused uneven flow velocity of heat gas due to the presence of fluid Coanda effect, only the flow velocity of heat gas in the division arch was the most uniform.
