本文提出"唐诗选学"的学术概念。"唐诗选学"属于"唐诗学"的一个分支。"唐诗选学"的立足点和重心在唐诗总集。唐诗总集编纂演变史大致呈现四个阶段性特征:唐五代时期为兴盛期,宋金元时期为相对低潮期,明代为复兴期,清代为集大成时期。"唐诗选学"一千年发展演变的内在逻辑线索是:由重晚唐到重盛唐再到以盛唐为主兼顾三唐。"唐诗选学"有重要的理论和实践意义,主要表现在八个方面:择优与取类;强大的诗学批评功能;诗学理论价值和诗学文献价值;作为"点"背后的"面";影响时代诗学风尚变迁;影响时代诗歌创作;传播与传承意义;借鉴和指导意义。

'The Selection of Tang Dynasty Poetry'is a new academic concept which has been pointed out in this thesis,and it is the branch of'Tang dynasty poetry study'.The selection of Tang dynasty poetry puts emphasis on Tang poetry anthology.There were fourstage characteristics had been shown on the history of the evolution of Tang poetry anthology compilation,which mean that Tang and the Five-dynasties were the prosperous period;Song and Jin,Yuan dynasties were relative low tide period;Ming dynasty was the revival period,and Qing dynasty reached to the peaking period.The intrinsic logical clue of the development and evolution of the selection of Tang dynasty poetry in one thousand years was the fact that put emphasis on the late Tang dynasty and the glorious age of Tang dynasty,to focus on the glorious age then take account of others.'The Selection of Tang Dynasty Poetry'has an essential theoretical and practical significance,which mainly shows in eight aspects:Preferential and classify;powerful poetic criticism;the value of poetics and document value;from a 'point'which reflect a 'range';have influences on the changes of poetic style;have influences on poetry writing;the communication and inheritance significance;ref-erence and guiding significance.
