Translation,as a medium of globalization and the means of overcoming the Babylonian curse,is approached differently by varied translation theories,among which the Skopos approach seems to the one that guides the translation of the nomination dossier in an implicit manner.The dossier,distinct from other genres of texts,has a very clear function which explains why the Skopos theory plays an invisible hand throughout its translation.
