On the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Humanized Learning Support Services in Distance Education

学习支持服务是现代远程教育的重点,为了满足现代远程教育和学生自主学习的需要,必须建立一个为学生提供全方位、全过程、高效率、高质量的学习支持服务体系,即以学生为本、关注学生个体差异的人性化的学习支持服务。本文从学习支持服务的概念、当前远程教育中学习支持服务的现状及人性化学习支持服务的优势等3个方面介绍了人性化学习支持服务的特征。

Modern distance education focuses on the learning support services. In order to meet the needsof modern distance education and students＇ independent learning, we should establish a humanized learningsupport service system with a full range, high efficiency and high quality for students, which is based on the stu-dent-centered and pay attention to the individual differences of students. This paper introduces the features ofthe humanized learning support service by describing the concept of learning support services, the current sta-tus of learning support services in the modern distance education and the advantages of humanized learningsupport services.
