摘要
以飞跨电容多电平光伏逆变器为研究对象,首先建立系统共模模型,在此基础上分析开关状态、系统共模电压和共模电流之间的关系,并分析得出在载波正向层叠、载波反向层叠和载波相移三种调制方案下,系统共模电压存在高频变化,然后提出一种新型载波调制策略,利用载波调制结合布尔逻辑运算,使不同工作状态下保持系统共模电压恒定,进而有效抑制共模电流得到。最后搭建基于TMS320F28335DSP+XC3S400 FPGA数字控制的飞跨电容多电平光伏逆变器样机,通过对传统载波方案和本文提出的方案进行实验对比分析,验证了提出方法有效性。
The flying capacitor clamped multilevel PV inverter is investigated in this paper. Firstly, the common mode model of the PV system is derived. The relationship between the switching state, common mode voltage and current is analyzed. Secondly, the effects of the in-phase/opposite carrier disposition modulation and carrier shift modulation on the common mode current are discussed. Thirdly, a new PWM modulation strategy is presented. It combines the carrier modulation with the Boolean operation to achieve the constant common mode voltage. Therefore, the common mode current can be effectively suppressed. Finally, the experimental prototype is built with TMS320F28335 DSP+XC3S400 FPGA digital control. The experimental results of different modulation are comparatively compared and the conclusion that the proposed modulation is effective can be drown.
