摘要
组织惰性日益成为制约企业持续成长的重要因素,但如何克服组织惰性问题始终未能得到有效解决。通过对中兴通讯(ZTE)成立以来组织变革路径的纵贯考察,发现环境威胁能够克服组织的资源惰性,但同时也会强化组织的惯例惰性;创业导向对克服组织惰性具有不确定性,既可能克服组织惰性,也可能不对组织惰性产生影响,甚至还会强化组织惰性。然而,在环境威胁和创业导向共同作用下,组织惰性能得到有效克服。
Organizational inertia is increasingly becoming the main negative parameters in the growth of organization; however, the question of how to overcome inertia has not been resolved effectively. This paper constructed a mechanism model of the effect of the corporate entrepreneurial orientation and environmental threats on organizational inertia, through longitudinal study and multiple comparisons of ZTE' s organizational change paths. The findings are as follows : corporate entrepreneurial orientation exerts uncertain effects on inertia, it can overcome inertia, but it may have on effects on inertia or even strengthen it as well; environmental threats can overcome organizational resource inertia but it strengthens the organizational routine inertia; the synergistic effects of corporate entrepreneurial orientation and environmental threats can overcome inertia more powerfully.
