气相色谱质谱法测定聚氨酯塑胶跑道中多环芳烃 被引量:9

Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in polyurethane plastic track by gas chromatographymass spectrometry

摘要 建立了气相色谱质谱法测定聚氨酯塑胶跑道中多环芳烃的分析方法。方法以甲苯为提取剂,经过超声提取和硅胶柱净化后,用气相色谱质谱测定16种多环芳烃含量。在0.5,1.0,5.0 mg/kg添加水平下平均回收率分别为73.8%~88.6%,84.0%~92.3%,88.2%~103.5%,相对标准偏差RSD分别为2.4%~9.2%,1.3%~8.2%,0.92%~7.3%。使用该方法测定实物样品发现6份塑胶跑道样品中均含有不同浓度的多环芳烃。 A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in polyurethane plastic track by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was established in this study. 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were determined quantitively through ultrasonic extraction with toluene as solvent and purification by silica gel column. The results showed that under the three spiked levels of 0. 5 mg/kg,1. 0 mg/kg and 5. 0 mg/kg,the average recoveries were 73. 8% ~ 88. 6%,84. 0% ~ 92. 3%,and 88. 2% ~103. 5% respectively,and the corresponding relative standard deviations(RSDs) were 2. 4% ~ 9. 2%,1. 3%~ 8. 2%,and 0. 92% ~ 7. 3%. By this method,6 plastic track samples were tested and found to have varied levels of PAHs.
