摘要
建立了适用于野外钾盐钻探现场快速分析泥浆清液K,Br,Sr元素的能量色散X射线荧光光谱(EDXRF)方法,并实际应用于江陵凹陷野外钾盐科探井钻探过程现场。方法的精密度RSD(n=10)优于1.28%,校准曲线相关系数均大于0.9982,加标回收率为90.4%~101.0%,基本符合允许限的要求。对深度200~800 m区间内以设定间隔采集的15个泥浆样品的测量结果与实验室ICP-AES结果基本一致。方法可用于钾盐钻探现场泥浆中K,Br,Sr等指示元素的快速监测,为钻井决策提供数据支持。
In this paper, an energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(EDXRF) method was established for the analysis of K,Br and Srelements in supernatant liquor of mud in thesylvitedrilling field. And the method was applied to drilling site in Jingzhou,Hubei province. The precisions of the method were better than 1. 3%(n = 10),and the correlation coefficients of calibration curveshigherthan 0. 9982. The recovery rates were in the range of 86. 6% to 98. 1%. All these factors basically met the requirements of the allowable limits for the on-site detection. The results had good consistencybetween on-site XRF and laboratory ICP-AES for the measured 15 samples collected in a fixed interval from the well depthof 200 ~ 800 m,and the tendency of concentrationwasthe same. Thus,the method can quickly monitor indicator elements(such as K,Br,Sr) in the mud of sylvitedrilling well and has important significance for screening halogen-containing rockand making drilling decisions.
