血液肿瘤患者住院期间侵袭性真菌病诊断和治疗费用分析 被引量：7

Diagnostic and treatment cost of invasive fungal infections in patients with hematologic malignancies during hospitalization

摘要 侵袭性真菌病（invasivefungaldisease，IFD）是血液肿瘤患者在接受化疗或造血干细胞移植（HSCT）后常见的并发症，相关病死率可达40％～90％。近年来，新的诊断技术可以更早、更准确地诊断IFD，尽管增加了诊断费用，但由于使患者可以更早地接受抗真菌治疗，提高了疗效、缩短了疗程而节省了治疗费用。
