摘要
优化黑木耳抑制黑色素成分组合的提取工艺。以提取物中多糖含量的标示量为指标,对料液比、回流速度、回流时间及提取次数4个因素进行研究;在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面分析,确定黑木耳抑制黑色素成分组合的提取工艺。结果表明,在液料比5︰1 mL/g、回流速度100滴/min、回流2 h的工艺条件下,提取3次,总可溶物收率为5.26%,其中多糖含量的标示量为13.43%。此法简便、稳定、收率高,可用于黑木耳抑制黑色素成分组合的提取。
Optimize the extraction process of inhibiting melanin constituent combination from Auricularia auricular. With the labeled amount of polysaccharides content as an index, the four factors (extract times, reflux speed, reflux time and solid to liquid ratio) were studied; Based on the results of single factor test, as well as response surface methodology, the best extraction process was determined. Results showed that the optimum condition was as follows: extract times 3, reflux speed 100 drop/ min, reflux time 2 h and ratios of liquid to solid 5 : 1 mL/g. The extraction yield of soluble was 5.26%, and the labeled amount ofpolysaccharides content in Auricularia auricular was 13.43%. The extraction technology was simple, reliable and had high extract rate, which was suitable for the extract of inhibiting melanin constituent combination from Auricularia auricular.
