超临界CO_2萃取南方红豆杉种子挥发油及其脂肪酸分析 被引量:1

Extraction of Volatile Oil from the Seed of Taxus chinensis var. Mairei by Supercritical CO_2 and Analysis of Its Fatty Acid

摘要 采用超临界CO_2萃取南方红豆杉种子中的挥发油,经单因素和响应面试验,得到最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度46℃,萃取时间128 min时,此时挥发油的得率为28.4%。挥发油经GC-MS分析,发现含有7种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸(亚油酸、油酸)的含量占总脂肪酸的87.54%,饱和脂肪酸(棕榈酸、硬脂酸、十四烷酸、二十烷酸、二十二烷酸)的含量只占总脂肪酸的12.46%。 The extraction of volatile oil from the seed of Taxus chinensis var. Mairei by supercritica/CO2 was researched. The optimum condition determined by the single factor and response surface tests was that the extraction pressure 25 MPa, the extraction temperature 46 ℃, the extraction time 128 min. Under the optimum condition, the extraction rate of volatile oil was 28.4%. The volatile oil analyzed by GC-MS and 7 kinds of fatty acids was found, which contained 87.54% unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid, oleic acid) and only 12.46% saturated fatty acids (palmitic acid, stearic acid, myristic acid, arachic acid, behenic acid).
