摘要
禽蛋自动装托机是洁蛋生产线中的关键设备之一,它代替人工装托,极大地提高了生产效率,减轻了劳动强度,降低了洁蛋生产成本。该研究主要介绍了进蛋平台、导流机构、进蛋同步机构、转向机构及装托机构的设计,试验证明该机具有诸多优点。
Loding egg machine is one of the key equipment in clean egg production line. It replaces manual loading eggs and greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, reduces the egg production cost. Mainly introduce the design of entering egg platform, guiding mechanism, synchronizing mechanism, steering mechanism and loading supporting mechanism. Experiment proves that the machine has many advantages.
