微波消解-ICP-OES测定蕨麻中无机元素

Determination of Inorganic Elements of Potentilla anserina L. by the Method of Microwave Digestion and ICP-OES

摘要 采用HNO_3/H_2O_2湿法微波消解制样,应用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定蕨麻中K,Na,Tl,Ti,Sn,Al,B,Ba,Ca,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,P,S,Si,Sr和Zn等19种无机元素,钙含量451.6 mg·kg^(-1),铁含量83.4 mg·kg^(-1)。该方法的待测元素的检出限为0.00~74.75μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差为-2.85%~2.70%(n=9),回收率为95.6%~106.4%(n=3)。试验方法简单,重现性好,可用于测定样品元素。测定结果为蕨麻的药理作用提供依据。 After prepared samples were digested by microwave with HNO3/H2O2 solution, the contents of the 19 inorganic dements in Potentilla anserina L., such as K, Na, TI, Ti, Sn, AI, B, Ba, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, P, S, Si, Sr and Zn were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) technique. The content of Ca was 451.6 mg·kg^-1, and the content of Fe was 83.4 mg·kg^-1. The detective limits were in the range of 0.00-74.75 μg·L^-1. The relative standard deviations were from -2.85%-2.70% (n=9), and the average recoveries were from 95.6%,~106.4% (n=3) under the optimized conditions. Repeated validations indicated that this method was precise, sensitive and reproducible for the determination of elements in samples. These results provided some reference in researching pharmacological action of Potentilla anserina L..
