不同产地诺丽干果的营养成分比较分析 被引量:8

摘要 研究国内诺丽果引种的可行性。采用食品中营养成分的国家标准中制定的方法,对泰国、海南和西双版纳三个产地栽培的诺丽干果的水分、灰分、粗纤维、蛋白质、总酸和维生素C六种主要营养成分、氨基酸和矿物质9个指标进行测定、分析和比较。三个产地诺丽干果六种主要营养成分除水分和蛋白质含量较为接近,其他营养成分差别较大;矿物质中人体容易缺乏的钙、铁、锌三种元素含量较高;三个产地诺丽干果必需氨基酸种类齐全,含量丰富,必需氨基酸总量高于FAO/WHO模式蛋白。三个产地诺丽干果营养成分全面,西双版纳和海南适宜诺丽果的引种和种植。 Study the practicability of Noni cultivation. Six main nutritional compositions including moisture, ash, raw fiber, total protein, total acid, vitamin C, and amino acids, minerals of Noni fruits were detected and analyzed using the methods recorded in food national standards. The contents of four nutritional compositions had great difference exclude moisture and total protein; The contents calcium, iron and zinc were higher; The total content of essential amino acids was higher than FAO/ WHO model. Nutritional compositions were rich of three different origin of Noni fi'uitand Xishuangbanna and Hainan were suitable for Noni introduction and planting.
