Effect of health education pathway on psychological and behavioral development of infants

摘要 目的 探讨健康教育路径与儿童保健相结合对婴儿早期心理行为发育的效果,寻求提高婴儿早教的有效方法。方法2014年3月按照入选标准收集在该院儿童保健室体检的30~42 d的婴儿为观察组,为了便于研究,观察组34例年龄相差〈10 d,观察组在对照组基础上按照健康教育路径对婴儿进行早期心理行为发育训练;另按照入选标准随机选取31例为对照组,对照组只接受常规儿童保健。2组均未参加任何机构的早期教育。2组婴儿满12个月时进行发育商的测试及效果评价。结果观察组在适应性、精细运动、个人社交3个能区的发育商高于对照组6分左右;在大运动、语言2个能区的发育商高于对照组11分左右,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.17、2.13、4.61、7.57和7.15,均P〈0.01)。结论 健康教育路径应用于婴儿早期心理行为发育,可有效提高婴儿心理行为发育的近期效果,值得积极推广实践。 Objective To explore the effect of health education pathway combined with child care on early psychological and behavioral development of infants, seek effective methods to improve infantile early education. Methods The infants aged 30-42 days receiving physi- cal examination in child care room of the hospital in March 2014 were collected as observation group, the age difference of 34 infants in ob- servation group was less than 10 days, the infants in observation group were treated by early psychological and behavioral development train- ing according to health education pathway; 31 infants were randomly selected as control group according to the inclusion criteria, and the in- fants in control group were only treated by conventional child care. The infants in the two groups did not receive early education provided by other institutions, development quotient test and effect evaluation were conducted when the infants in the two groups were 12 months. Results Development quotients of adaptability, fine motor, and personal sociality in observation group were higher than those in control group by six points, development quotients of gross motor and language in observation group were higher than those in control group by eleven points, there were statistically significant differences ( t = 4. 17, 2. 13, 4. 61, 7. 57, 7. 15, P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion Health education pathway used for early psycho]ogical and behavioral development of infants can effectively improve the short-term effect, which is worthy of promotion and practice.
