摘要
课堂教学管理的变革首先表现为焦点重聚,即课堂教学管理的焦点是对教师教的管理、对学生学的管理和教学互动关系的管理;同时,管理对象的重新聚焦也引发了管理价值的更新,即课堂教学管理越来越走进教学活动的内部,成为教学活动的有机构成,它与课堂教学本体实现着多维整合与深度融合,从而保障并促成了课堂教学价值的实现。
The reform of classroom teaching management is reflected firstly on its focus, namely, the focus on teacher management, student management and teaching interactions management.At the same time, the focus on the management also raises updateof management values, namely the internal teaching management explore into the teaching activities and become an important part of teaching activities, which integrate with its ontology from multidimensional and deepened aspects, thus protecting and facilitating the realization of teaching value.
