摘要
针对安徽某铁矿充填料浆输送的技术参数和应用问题,为了使充填料浆能够达到自流稳定的状态,对该充填料浆进行了流变特性试验研究。根据尾砂的粒级组成、充填强度要求,实验室设计了不同浓度、配比的料浆样本,进行了料浆扩散度试验、坍落度试验、流变试验,得到不同条件下的扩散度、坍落度和剪切应力、剪切率。实验结果表明,高砂灰比、高浓度适宜于料浆稳定自流,输送的上限浓度为74%,因此选择浓度74%、砂灰比8为矿山充填的最优参数。
Aimed at the technical parameters and application problems of filling pipeline transportation in an iron mine of Anhui province, the rheological property tests were conduc- ted to improve the filling slurry to the steady state of gravity transportation. According to the particle size compositions of tailings and the strength requirement of backfill, the slurry samples with different concentrations and mixture ratios were designed in laboratory, and the diffusion degree test, slump test, rheological test were carried out. Finally, the diffusion degree, slump, shear stress and shear rate under different conditions were obtained. The results showed that high sand-cement ratio and slurry concentration were suitable for stable gravity transportation with the maximal concentra- tion of 74%. Finally, the concentration of 74% and the sand-cement ratio of 8 were selected as the optimum parameters for mine filling.
