摘要
爆破是井下采矿破碎矿石的主要手段,爆破质量直接影响到爆破成本。在众多影响爆破质量的因素中,炸药单耗是最敏感的因素。通过收集与分析某铁矿的爆破数据,绘制了炸药单耗分别和大块率与平均块度的关系曲线,并发现该矿炸药单耗的合理区间为[0.6,0.7],大块率和平均块度分别可控制的范围为7%<t<10%,500mm<d<600mm。综合考虑爆破成本和爆破质量,确定该矿经济合理炸药单耗为0.6kg/m3。
Blasting is the primary means for ore crushing in underground mining, and the blasting quality directly affects the cost. Among the influencing factors of blasting quality, the explosive specific charge is the most sensitive factor. Based on the collection and analysis of blasting data in an i- ron mine, the relation curve between explosive specific charge and boulder yield was drawn, as well as the curve be- tween explosive specific charge and average fragmentation degree. Then, it found that the reasonable range of specific charge was [0.6, 0.7], the controllable range of boulder yield and average fragmentation degree respectively was 7 ~10%, 500~600 mm. Considering the blasting cost and blasting quality comprehensively, the most economic and ra- tional specific charge was determined by 0.6 kg/m^3.
