摘要
随着高铁建设成网,既有线货运能力得到极大释放,为满足户主时效性需求的小编组高频次货物列车的开行创造了条件.当前开行方案的编制通常仅从铁路运输企业自身的经济效益出发,很少考虑货主时间价值需求对运输方案的影响;此外,在方案编制过程中,很少将发到站相同但归属于不同货主的车流区分对待.因此,本文在综合考虑铁路运输企业和货主两方面因素的基础上.结合新形势下为减少换装等待时间采取的欠轴运输策略,对既有模型的目标函数进行改造:增加单位列车的固定和变动开行费用以及不满足货主时间价值需求的惩罚费用,并进行线性化处理,降低模型求解的复杂度.设计了并行禁忌算法,实现了模型的求解,验证了模型的正确性和算法的可行性.
As high-speed railway network gradually developed, freight transportation capacity of existing railway lines have been released, which create the condition for operating high frequency loaded freight trains to meet the market demand. The current operation plan can hardly considered the time value of freight owners, which only take the railway transportation enterprise's economic benefits into consideration. In addition, in the process of designing operation plan, it is unreasonable to treat the traffic flow which has the same arrival-departure stations but belongs to different owners as the same. Therefore, this paper combine the benefits of railway transportation enterprise and freight owners, take the underloaded transportation strategy in consideration, modify the objective of the existing model as follows: increase the fixed and variable costs for per train and punishment fee which has not met time demands of the freight owners, we also linearize the quadratic term in objective function to decrease the complexity of model. Finally, a parallel tabu algorithm was designed to solve this model, a case study has been carried out to verify the validity of this model and feasibility of this algorithm.
