摘要
文章分析了"2010-2015"期间成都中医药大学国家自然科学基金申报与立项资助情况,总结了中医药院校依托中医药优势、开展系列学术讲座、小同行专家帮扶、校院二级精细化能动管理,助推国家自然科学基金申报的思路与实践,提出了在新形势下如何变革科研管理机制体制、营造科技创新氛围,提高管理申报效能的进一步思考。
The status of application and approval of Natural Science Foundation of China （NSFC） in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2010 to 2015 was analyzed. And the practice on promoting the application for NSFC was summarized. Based on which, countermeasures to further improving the management efficiency of application for NSFC under the new situation were put forward.
