摘要
以高碘酸钠为氧化剂制备水溶性双醛壳聚糖,对棉织物进行改性,优化了改性工艺,并考察其染色和抗皱等性能。较佳的改性工艺为:双醛壳聚糖5 g/L,浸渍反应时间1 h,浸渍反应温度50℃,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间1 min。结果表明,与改性前棉织物相比,双醛壳聚糖改性棉织物的强力和白度较好,折皱回复角达到189.2°,提高了31%,可实现低盐染色。
Dialdehyde chitosan is prepared by sodium periodate as oxidizing agent, and then is applied to cotton fabric modification. Dyeing property and wrinkle resistance of modified fabric are tested. The opti- mal modification process is dialdehyde chitosan 5 g/L, reacting at 50 ℃ for 1 h, and curing at 140 ℃ for 1 min. The results show that the breaking strength and whiteness of modified cotton fabrics are better than those without modification. The wrinkle recovery angle increases 31% to 189.2°. Low salt dyeing is carried out to the modified cotton fabric.
