PPARγ在肺纤维化中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 肺纤维化是病因各异肺间质疾病的共同结局，以肺泡持续性损伤、成纤维细胞（fibroblast，FB）增殖及大量细胞外基质（extracellularmatrix。ECM）沉积，肺组织反复破坏、修复、最终造成肺组织中大量胶原沉积为病理特点的一类疾病。特发性肺纤维化（idiopathicpulmonaryfibrosis，IPF）是特发性间质性肺炎最常见的类型，发病率、患病率逐年增加，死亡率高。确诊后的平均生存时间3—5年，
