摘要
"一带一路"战略为西北区域一体化构建提供了新的战略契机。在分析西北地区主要经济指标基础上,指出西北区域一体化的内部驱动力来源于各省份的经济、贸易、投资和就业发展现状;"一带一路"战略沿线国家或地区的外商投资为西北区域吸引外资注入新的外部动力。"一带一路"战略有助于构建西北地区的区域产业分工、布局和服务链条,构建西北区域的文化一体化、市场一体化、经济一体化和产业一体化,实现西北地区的区域全方位一体化,将其打造成为连接内陆与"一带一路"沿线国家或地区的文化、经济、市场和产业的纽带。
The strategy of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ provides a new strategic opportunity for the northwest regional integration building. Based on the analysis of the main economic indicators in the northwest region, the paper points out that the internal driving force of the northwest regional integration comes from the current situation of the development of economy, trade, investment and employments; foreign investmentfrom the country or region along with＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ put into new external motivation for the northwest region to attract foreign capital. ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy is helpful to construct regional industry division of labor, the layout and the service chain for the northwest, to build cultural integration, market integration, economic integration and industrial integration for the northwest, to realize the regional comprehensive integration forthe northwest, to forge a bondon cultural, economic, market and industry to connect the inland withthe country or region along with ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂.
