摘要
生态安全是丝绸之路经济建设的基础和根本,尤其是中国西部生态环境脆弱的国家重点生态功能区,其生态建设成为"丝绸之路经济带"建设中的重点。针对生态脆弱区生态环境的脆性特征,构建了"安全状态-脆性作用-脆性控制"的生态安全评价指标体系;结合生态安全评价中层次较多、维度复杂和动态变化的特点,利用可拓综合分析方法,建立能够反映安全状态和趋势的区域生态安全评价模型;在GIS技术支持下,利用研究区域地图数据和统计数据,采用信息图谱方法生成安全评价结果图谱,实现区域生态安全的可视化表示;最后,对丝绸之路经济带上的祁连山冰川与水涵养生态功能区生态安全进行实证研究,研究结果表明,祁连山冰川与水涵养生态功能区的生态安全状态整体较好,但局部趋于有向不安全状态转变的趋势。
The ecological environment is the basis and fimdamental of the economic construction of the Silk Road, especially the national key ecological function section in northwest China's vulnerable ecological environment areas, its ecological security has become the focus of the development of the silk road's economic belt. In allusion to the brittle characteristics of the ecological environment in the fragile districts, this article builds the ecological security evaluation index system, which is "security status- brittle role-control of brittleness"; according to the ecological safety assessment's multi-level, multi-dimensional and dynamic requirements, using extension comprehensive analysis methods, it establishes the regional ecological security evaluation model that can reflect the safety status and trend; based on the proposed index system and evaluation model, it implements the visualization of the regional ecological security evaluation and results by using GIS technology; Finally, it has carried on the comprehensive evaluation of empirical research on the Qilian mountain glaciers and water conservation ecological function areas of the silk road economic belt, the research results show that the ecological security status of the Qilian mountain glaciers and water conservation ecological function as a whole is good, but the trend is clearly worsening, and it should increase environmental protection efforts.
