摘要
介绍一种新型起皱控制剂在高速卫生纸机中的应用。与以往在用控制剂相比,在改善成纸指标的同时,断纸率降低60%以上,刀片寿命提升率达40%,吨纸汽耗下降0.02 t,产量平均提升0.2 t·h^(-1)。
A new wrinkle agent used in high speed tissue paper machine was introduced. Compared with the previous wrinkle agent, the new wrinkle agent was used for improving paper preperties, paper breaking rate decreased more than 60%, blade life increased 40%, steam consumption per tons of paper decreased by 0.02 tons, the average yield increased 0.2 t·h-1.
