烟草废弃物连续式厌氧发酵的研究

摘要 对烟草废弃物连续式厌氧发酵进行研究。结果表明:通过连续进出料的方式,发酵原料每吨产气量达到99.304 m^3;连续进出料的发酵过程中,产酸菌的活动一直呈优势,随CO_2和有机酸的累积,pH逐渐下降,停止进料后,产酸菌的活动降低,pH值又逐渐上升;干式厌氧发酵中,产酸阶段与产甲烷阶段是并行的。 The tobacco waste continuous anaerobic fermentation was studied. The results showed that one ton of raw fermentation material can product gas 99.304 m3 by continuous feeding and discharge; in the continuous feeding and discharge fermentation process, the acid producing bacteria activity was dominated, with the accumulation of carbon dioxide and organic acid, the pH decreased gradually, and the activity of acid producing bacteria decreased and pH value was increased gradually after the cessation of feeding; the acid product phase and methanogenic product phase are parallel in dry anaerobic fermentation
