摘要
目的探讨针刀联合臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效性。方法按照随机数字表的方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月来上海市嘉定区中心医院麻醉科疼痛门诊就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎的患者100例,按照双盲对照的原则分为试验组和对照组各50例。对照组采用针刀治疗,试验组患者针刀治疗+臭氧注射治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果经过研究发现,试验组和对照组患者均取得临床疗效,试验组的总有效率47(94.00%)和对照组的39(78.00%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1个疗程后试验组和对照组患者膝关节疼痛程度均有所改善,试验组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗过程中选取针刀联合臭氧治疗的方法比单一的针刀治疗起效快,疗效明显,且治疗费用经济,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effects of acupotomy combined with ozone on knee osteoarthritis. Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （n=50）. Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture alone, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture and ozone injection. The efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 47 （94%） in the experimental group and 39 （78%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. After a period of treatment, pain was significantly improved in beth groups. The intensity of pain in the experimental group was significantly lower？ than？ that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupotomy combined with ozone on knee osteoarthritis is better than that of acupotomy alone and it has application value in clinic.
