摘要 在多联机空调系统中,一台外机接多台内机,由于在空调运行过程中,全部室内机所处的室内侧负荷变化不同,这要求室内机具备与之同步的处理负荷的能力,尤其是当有部分室内侧环境温度接近设定温度时,负荷很小,要求内机能力输出也很小,据此,研究了一种使用PID控制环境温度的方法,结果表明,通过PID算法控制室内机电子膨胀阀的开度变化,可以实现内机小负荷输出,并使内侧环境温度稳定在设定温度的正负0.5℃范围内。 many indoor units were matched with one outdoor unit in VRF system. Because of different variety about indoor load when VRF was running,indoor unit must be deal with the load like the trend,especially when some parts of indoor environmenttemperature were approached setting temperature,the load was less and less,which demanded output of indoor unit was less and less. Thus,a kind of method about controlling indoor environment temperature with PID was researched,and the result was indicated,the indoor output of less load was achieved and indoor environment temperature was kept between setting temperature plus or decrease 0. 5℃.
