The Fault Analysis and Improvement of the VRV Compressor

本文针对VRV室外机压缩机多次发生烧坏故障,通过调查故障现象,分析故障原因,最终确定导致压缩机缺油烧坏的直接因素,解决并处理压缩机由于均油不足导致烧坏的故障,并对设备进行改造和试运行,得到了明显的效果,并有效降低维修成本。

Aiming at solving several burnout faults of the outdoor VRV compressor,direct factors leading to the faults are finally determined by researching the fault phenomena and analyzing the possible reasons. The compressor＇s burnout faults caused by the oil- balance insufficiency are solved,moreover,the equipment was transformed and put into test run. The approach proposed in the paper achieves an apparent effect and lowers the repairing cost effectively.
