地面气象观测数据文件审核中出现的问题及处理

The problems arising from the auditing of surface meteorological observation data files and their treatment

在对云南省地面气象观测数据记录月报表审核中发现部份台站对A、J文件首部参数中降水要素的标识不清;自动观测项目中气压和相对湿度分钟数据异常时极值的处理及降水、风、地温、蒸发等要素自记读数异常时的处理不正确;人工观测项目中云状与天气现象的记录与配合、电线结冰观测、气候概况等记录上均存在不符合规范规定问题。该文将2014年以前遇到的以上这些问题进行归纳、总结、分析,依据地面气象观测规范与业务技术规定提出相应的处理方法,为地面气象观测人员及审核人员在今后的业务工作中提供借鉴。

During the auditing of the monthly reports on surface meteorological observation data, it＇ s found that in some stations there are unclear identifiers for the precipitation element in the header parameters of A file and J file. There are always some improper disposals on the extrema of barometric pressure and relative humidity in the automatic observation items when the exception occurs at their minute data. Some exception handlings for the manu- ally record gauge readings of precipitation, wind, earth temperature and evaporation are also incorrect. There are problems not meeting the stated surface observation standard on the records of cloud form, weather phenomena, cli- matic general situation and wire freeze in the artificial observation items. With years of experience in the work of surface meteorological observation and the auditing of the monthly reports on observation data of 126 stations in Yunnan, these problems arising before 2014 were summarized and analyzed. Therefore, based on the new rules a- bout ground surface meteorological observation, the related methods were proposed to provide guidance for the workers of surface meteorological observation and data auditing about their professional work.
