摘要
目的探究情境焦点在新创企业绩效反馈与知识搜索时机决策关系中的调节作用。方法以80名新创企业中高层管理人员作为被试开展准实验研究。结果 (1)实际绩效高于预期绩效时,新创企业管理者倾向采用跟随搜索;而实际绩效低于预期绩效时,新创企业管理者倾向采用领先搜索。(2)情境促进焦点负向调节企业绩效反馈与跟随搜索的关系,但正向调节企业绩效反馈与领先搜索的关系。(3)情境预防焦点与企业绩效反馈的交互效应分别正向影响领先搜索和跟随搜索。结论新创企业绩效反馈对知识搜索时机不仅有直接影响,而且还受到情境焦点类型的调节作用。
Objective In order to explore the relationship between performance feedback and search timing choices with moderating effect of situational regulatory focus. Methods A quasi - experiment has been designed based on 80 senior and middle managers from new ventures. Results ( 1 ) the higher organizationsJperformance rela- tive to aspiration levels, the more likely for managers to choose following search strategy. In contrast, the managers would choose leading search strategy; (2) promotion regulatory focus weakens the relationship between performance feedback and following search, but strengthens the effect of performance feedback on leading search ; (3) Prevention regulatory focus has positive moderating effects on leading search and following search. Conclusion performance feedback had direct effect on search timing choices in new ventures, and situational regulatory focus moderated this re- lationship.
