摘要
利用多体动力学软件SIMPACK建立某动车组单车模型,分析弹性架悬式牵引电机悬挂节点横向刚度和垂向刚度对车体、构架和牵引电机横向与垂向振动加速度的影响情况。结果表明,电机悬挂节点刚度变化对车体振动情况影响较小,对构架和电机影响较大。最后得到悬挂节点横向与垂向刚度的最佳选取范围。
In this paper,the single vehicle model of EMU was set up with SIMPACK,and the influence of the lateral stiffness and the vertical stiffness of the motor suspension nodes on the lateral acceleration and the vertical acceleration of vehicle body,frame and traction motor were analyzed,by changing the lateral stiffness and the vertical stiffness of the motor suspension nodes.The results show that the influence of the nodes stiffness on the vehicle vibration is small but the influence on frame and traction motor is large.At last,the best range of the node's lateral stiffness and vertical stiffness were achieved.
