摘要
道岔清筛车车架作为整车的重要部件其性能直接影响着整车的工作性能。运用大型有限元软件ANSYS对车架进行了初步强度分析,并基于分析结果对车架结构进行了优化,优化后车架结构性能提升,满足了强度、刚度及使用要求。
As an important part of the turnout ballast cleaning machine,the body frame's performance will directly influence the machine's working performance.This thesis carried on the preliminary analysis of the body frame strength by using the finite element software ANSYS,and then optimized the frame structure on the basis of the analysis results.The optimized frame structure could improve its performance and meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.
