摘要
为了研究数控转塔冲床床身的振动情况,对床身进行了有限元模态分析、瞬态动力学分析,对加速度时间历程曲线进行快速傅里叶变换,得到床身振动的幅频曲线,从而了解床身的振动特性,并在此基础上提出了控制振动的措施。
In order to study the frame vibration of CNC turret punch press,the finite element modal analysis and the transient dynamic analysis of the frame were conducted.FFT was applied to the time history curve of acceleration and the frequency-amplitude curve of the frame vibration was obtained.The vibration characteristics of the frame was understood.Based on this,some measures for the vibration control were put forward.
