摘要
主要分析了风扇叶片轮模具型腔的加工工艺,结合UG中三轴的加工方法,设置具体的切削参数,编制加工程序;最后,基于UG CAM编制出此型腔的正确刀路轨迹,并进行了模拟仿真加工。
In this paper,the machining process of the mould cavity of a fan vane wheel was analyzed.Combined with the three axis machining method of UG,the specific cutting parameters were set.Finally,the correct cutting path of the cavity was programmed with UG CAM.
