摘要
根据运动学分析理论和所提供的模型的数据资料,从位移、速度、加速度三方面对QH400随车起重机进行了运动学分析,建立了运动学数学模型。利用ADAMS软件建立了QH400折臂式随车起重机变幅机构的仿真模型,并验证了模型的正确性。借助其三维模型,确定了几种典型工况下动臂液压缸、吊臂液压缸和伸缩液压缸的运动方式。运用ADAMS运算得出了特定工况下的吊点轨迹、速度和加速度,为起重机机构的后期动力学仿真、优化设计以及有限元分析等提供了参数和依据。
Based on the theory of kinematics analysis and the data of model,the simulation model of QH400 lorry crane's luffing mechanism is set up using ADAMS software,and the correctness of the model is verified.With the help of the 3Dmodel,the motion of movable arm hydraulic cylinder,hoisting hydraulic cylinder and telescopic hydraulic cylinder is determined under several typical working conditions.The lifting point's locus,velocity and acceleration diagrams under specific working conditions are obtained by use of ADAMS.The results will provide a basis for the dynamics simulation,optimization design and finite element analysis of crane.
